We are initiating the hiring process for a
Service Technician
with hands-on experience in
tractor and backhoe loader repair
. The technician will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain
tractors and backhoe loaders
Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues
Perform service work at
workshop and customer locations
Attend breakdown calls within assigned area
Maintain service reports and job records
Ensure timely and quality service to customers
Experience & Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years in tractor / backhoe loader repair
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Bike mandatory
(for local travel)
Smartphone mandatory
(for calls, WhatsApp, service updates)
Willingness to travel locally for customer site visits
Basic discipline and customer-handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
