Preferred :- ITI (Electrical/Mechanical)

Investigate engine and genset component issues.
Work as technical liaison between field service organizations and the Engineering functions.
Collaborate on component teardown and failure analysis to assist Field Service, Warranty and Engineering with problem definitions, including documenting and publishing findings in technical reports.
Elaborate reports using analytical and engine diagnostic tools to identify trends in field failure data, including examination of engine operation data and launch investigations for emerging product issues.
Create and maintain technical field service publications enabling service technicians to provide the most effective support to our customers. Develop and improve diagnostic techniques when published troubleshooting procedures have been exhausted.
Participate on Global cross-functional problem-solving teams
