Job Description

Position: Service Technician/ Engineer

Qualification: Dip or ITI in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience: 2-3yrs

Salary: Rs. 25000 -30000

Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of winding machines to identify issues. Disassemble, inspect, and repair winding machines, replacing parts/spares / as per SOP's Conduct functional tests to verify performance after repair. Carry out preventive maintenance on winding machines in the field to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Respond promptly to service calls, managing repairs onsite and coordinating part replacements. Maintain detailed service reports documenting repair activities, test results, and participate in performing Root Cause Analysis. Collaborate with other service technicians and departments to ensure quality and timely completion of work. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
