Job Summary



We are looking for

CCTV Technician Trainees

who are eager to learn and grow in the field of security and surveillance systems. During the training period, trainees will work closely with

senior service technicians

and receive hands-on practical training.

Based on performance during the training period, trainees will be eligible for confirmation, promotion, and salary increment.



Key Responsibilities

1. Installation Support

Assist in installing CCTV cameras, monitors, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment as per site requirements. Support cable laying, wiring, and proper connections under supervision.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Assist in routine maintenance and system health checks. Learn to identify and report faults or malfunctions and support repair work.
3. System Configuration & Setup

Learn basic configuration of CCTV systems, DVRs, NVRs, and software settings. Assist in setting up remote viewing and monitoring features.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance

Follow company standards and safety guidelines during installations and service work. Assist in testing systems to ensure clear and proper video output.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain basic installation and service records. Provide work updates to the senior technician or reporting manager.
6. Customer Interaction & Learning

Observe and learn customer handling and site etiquette. Assist in explaining basic system usage to customers when required.
Training & Performance Evaluation

Trainees will undergo

practical, on-the-job training

with senior service technicians. Performance will be evaluated based on: Technical learning and skill improvement Discipline and punctuality Attitude and teamwork Quality of work and safety compliance
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

High school / ITI / Diploma

(Electronics, Electrical, Networking, or related field preferred). Basic knowledge or interest in

CCTV, Electronics, Networking, CCNA, BMS

is an added advantage. Willingness to learn fieldwork and technical skills. Basic communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license is a plus.
