Job Title: Service Technician - Mechanical

Location: Coimbatore / customer site (Travel Required)

Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with strong mechanical knowledge to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of heavy machinery at customer sites. The candidate should be willing to travel, interact professionally with customers, and work effectively under pressure during service periods.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heavy machinery Provide on-site technical support to customers during service visits Handle pressure situations during breakdowns and urgent service calls Ensure smooth operation of machines after service completion Communicate clearly with customers regarding service issues and solutions Maintain service records and reports Follow company safety and service standards

Machinery Experience Required

Brick Making Machines Silos Crushers Batching Systems Pan Mixers Other related heavy mechanical machinery

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Ability to handle customer interactions professionally Willingness to travel extensively for service assignments Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and systems Team player with a service-oriented mindset

Qualification Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering

B.E / B.Tech candidates are not eligible

Experience

Minimum: 1 year - Maximum: 2 years
