Job Description

:

Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves routine servicing, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and adhering to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic tools Carry out engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering repairs Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to identify issues Replace or repair defective parts as per manufacturer guidelines Ensure quality workmanship and follow safety procedures Maintain service records and job cards accurately Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding job status and technical issues Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and warranty policies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop

Skills & Competencies

Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and quality standards Basic computer skills for job card updates Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent 1-5 years of experience in automobile service (Freshers may apply) Valid driving license preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,042.86 - ₹24,201.38 per month
