Role Description: Automobile Technician

As an

Automobile Technician

, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnosis, repairs, and routine maintenance of vehicles to ensure optimum performance and safety. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service, maintaining customer trust, and supporting the service team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vehicles. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake servicing, wheel alignment, and air-conditioning checks. Conduct systematic vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards. Carry out engine repairs, transmission servicing, suspension, and fuel system maintenance. Test-drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper functionality. Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs while maintaining service quality. Maintain accurate records of repair work, parts used, and services performed. Follow workshop safety practices and ensure tools/equipment are properly handled. Support colleagues and provide technical input when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI/Diploma/Certification

in Automobile Engineering or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

as an Automobile Technician/Mechanic (multi-brand or dealership experience preferred). Strong knowledge of automotive systems - engine, braking, transmission, electrical, and suspension. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform workshop tasks. A valid driving license is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
