Job Summary
We are hiring a dedicated Service Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of our electronics and home appliances. The role involves field service visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and troubleshoot electronics and home appliances.
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of products.
Maintain accurate service records and daily activity reports.
Provide on-site customer support with a professional attitude.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics
Experience: Minimum 1 year in servicing electronics/home appliances
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and appliance mechanisms
Ability to handle field service independently
Good communication and customer-handling skills
