Job Description

Installation & Setup:

Install, configure, and calibrate new printing machinery at client sites, including network/driver setup.

Maintenance & Repair:

Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose faults (mechanical, electrical, software), troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware fixes.

Customer Support:

Provide on-site and remote technical assistance, resolve service escalations, and offer training to users on equipment operation.

Technical Documentation:

Maintain detailed logs of service activities, repairs, and parts usage.

Parts Management:

Coordinate with central teams for spare parts and manage inventory.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor machine performance, ensure quality, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
