Job Description

Job Summary:

To provide on-site installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of Aquaneeta's water purifier systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Commissioning:

Install Aquaneeta water purifiers and RO systems at customer premises. Ensure proper system setup, functioning, and customer orientation post-installation.

2. Maintenance & Servicing:

Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of water purifiers. Replace filters, membranes, and other components as required. Check water quality and system efficiency regularly.

3. Customer Interaction:

Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain a professional and courteous approach with customers at all times

4. Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support. Maintain accurate records of service calls, complaints, parts used, and solutions provided.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

Submit daily reports on work completed and parts used. Update service records and feedback forms for each visit.

6. Inventory & Tools Management:

Maintain service tools and kits in good condition. Ensure spare parts stock is maintained and accounted for.

7. Compliance:

Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and service protocols strictly. Adhere to schedules, punctuality, and customer commitment timelines.
