Key Responsibilities

Installation & Setup

: Install air compressors, dryers, filters, and associated systems at customer sites, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Routine Maintenance

: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including changing filters, oil, and air intake components, to ensure equipment operates efficiently.?

Troubleshooting & Repair

: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults in compressors and related equipment.?

Documentation

: Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.?

Customer Interaction

: Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed, equipment status, and recommendations for improvements or upgrades.?

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.?

Emergency Support

: Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 emergency services as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering are advantageous.?

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with air compressors, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.? Freshers also welcome.

Skills

:

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control issues.? Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.? Strong communication and customer service skills.? Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.? Basic computer literacy for documentation and scheduling purposes.?

Desirable Attributes

Experience with screw compressors (oil-free and oil-flooded) is a plus.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Willingness to undergo continuous training and development.? Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various environmental conditions.?

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering are advantageous.?
