Experience:

1-2 years (Mandatory: Authorized service centre experience - Vivo/Oppo/Samsung)

Qualification:

ITI or Diploma (Electronics preferred)

Salary:

?22,000-?25,000 + Incentives up to ₹20,000

Age Limit:

Up to 32 years

L1 - Centre Manager,L2 - Cluster Manager,L3 - RBH

Job Responsibilities

Perform repairs for mobiles as per brand guidelines (Vivo/Oppo/Samsung). Follow all processes and policies of OEM-authorized service centres. Achieve daily repair targets, conversion targets & SME targets. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware & software issues. Ensure high-quality repair standards and minimal repeat complaints. Maintain documentation, job sheets, and system updates accurately. Customer handling whenever required.

Requirements

Experience specifically in authorized mobile service centres. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of repair tools, spare parts, and processes. Ability to meet repair & conversion targets
