Job Responsibilities:
- Providing customer Service
- Visit potential customers in allotted region as per directive of Dept Head or RM
- Tabulate PTPL & NON-PTPL GB details at each customerxe2x80x99s place .
- Regular interaction with customers for spare business generation
- Providing immediate onsite service to potential customers
- Check feasibility for sending GB to Premium Care for Refurbishment.
- Integration
- Work closely with Regional Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Integrate with the departmental heads on a regular basis
- Customer Orientation
- Understand the customer requirements
- Follow up for pending payments if any.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
