. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EV components, including motor controllers, DC-DC converters, batteries, wiring harnesses, and other electrical subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose faults in motor controllers and related EV components.
Repair or replace defective components such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, capacitors, and PCB assemblies.
Calibrate, test, and verify performance of motor controllers after repair.
Use diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and software interfaces for troubleshooting.
Work with the R&D or technical support team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain service records, test reports, and repair logs.
Perform preventive maintenance and field service visits as required.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all repair and testing activities.
Education:
Diploma
or
ITI
in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in EV service, electrical repair, or electronic controller maintenance.
Prior experience with
EV 3-wheeler systems
,
motor controller repair
, or
battery management systems (BMS)
is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of
DC motors, BLDC motors, and controllers
.
Familiarity with
circuit troubleshooting, soldering, and PCB-level repair
.
Ability to read
electrical schematics
and wiring diagrams.
Understanding of
CAN communication

sensors
, and
EV power electronics
.
Use of testing instruments like multi meters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.

Willingness to travel for field service or customer support.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
