- Service Engineer / Technician (DG Sets & Compressors)
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 2-5 years (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also be considered)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer/Technician to handle installation, service, and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and Air Compressors . The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations at client sites.
Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of DG sets & compressors .
• Perform troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical issues in engines and compressors.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules.
• Conduct inspections, identify faults, and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
• Prepare service reports and update records of work completed.
• Coordinate with the service team and report major issues to supervisors.
• Provide technical support at customer sites and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering .
• 2-5 years of experience in servicing DG Sets, compressors, or related equipment.
• Knowledge of engine systems, alternators, control panels, and compressors .
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Other Information

• Candidates from Vadodara or nearby regions will be preferred.
• Freshers with ITI/Diploma may also be considered for Technician trainee roles.
