We are looking for a motivated trainee to join our Service Support team. The role involves understanding our telecom and electronic products, providing technical assistance to dealers/distributors over the phone, and conducting incoming quality checks (IQC) of components and products.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn the technical details, manuals, and configurations of our telecom products (EPABX, telephones, SIP phones, etc.)
Provide troubleshooting and support to dealers and distributors via phone and email.
Record queries, maintain service logs, and follow up on unresolved issues.
Conduct basic IQC testing of components and finished products using standard procedures.
Assist in documentation and coordination with the R&D and production teams.
Occasionally visit the field for troubleshooting (rarely, once trained).
Requirements:
ITI or Diploma in Electronics (preferably in Electronics/Telecommunication)
Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Computer-literate (MS Excel, email, etc.)
