Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback regarding services or interactions.
Record and summarize customer feedback in a clear, organized manner.
Escalate unresolved issues or negative feedback to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
Maintain and update customer call records and feedback reports in Excel or other data tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service, sales, support) to follow up on customer concerns or improvement suggestions.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on feedback trends and share insights with the team.
Meet call and reporting targets as assigned by the supervisor.
