Any degree with 2+ years of back-office experience
Strong Excel skills and excellent communication abilities
Nature of Work and Responsibilities:
Breakdown Call Back-office Support & Inventory Management:
Track RT/TAT performance for each franchisee and share templates with the team every Friday
Manage BD call closure templates and send to the CC team
Monitor CMS and communicate BD calls to the team promptly
Review and ensure timely refilling of stock, highlighting any zero-stock situations
Manage defective/scrap DHL records and circulate data weekly
Review DHL MIS reports daily and highlight any discrepancies
Track used spares consumption and raise concerns if delays occur
PM Scheduling:
Update PM schedules and communicate to franchisees by the first week of each month
Coordinate with customers and teams for gate entry emails, scheduling, and compliance data sharing
Review PM billing annexures for accuracy
Vendor PO & Invoice GAR:
Create service POs and I&C POs
Complete service bill GAR within 3-5 days
ISB Data Update and Warranty Creation:
Update unit addresses and franchisee details accurately
Create warranties for new I&C and sales out data
* Ensure timely ISB cleaning and data management
