Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Service & Support Coordinator
to handle customer support, job tracking, and service coordination for our CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, the production team, and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers after orders are placed.
Coordinate with the production team to track the status of jobs.
Update customers about delivery timelines, delays, or any technical clarifications.
Manage service-related calls, complaints, or feedback and provide timely resolution.
Maintain job records, service logs, and documentation in Excel or internal systems.
Help schedule dispatches and service visits if required.
Work with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare basic reports on open jobs, delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
1-3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or back-office roles (preferably in manufacturing or technical field).
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Basic understanding of CNC machining is a plus.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
