Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the two-wheeler service center
Allocate jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion
Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure quality service
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare job cards, service reports, and maintain service records
Coordinate with spare parts team for availability of required parts
Monitor technician productivity and performance
Ensure workshop cleanliness and safety standards
Follow company service processes and SOPs
Support service targets and service revenue growth
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
