Position Summary
The Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily service center operations, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
Plan and allocate work to technicians based on workload and priorities.
Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Customer Service:
Address customer queries and concerns, providing timely resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistent service quality.
Communicate service details, costs, and timelines effectively to customers.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years in a supervisory role in an automobile service center (two-wheeler experience preferred).
