Job Title: Automobile Service Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automobile Service Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in automotive service management.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the service center

- Assign tasks to technicians and monitor service progress

- Ensure vehicles are serviced as per manufacturer standards

- Maintain service quality, safety, and workshop cleanliness

- Communicate with customers regarding service status and issues

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain service records and prepare daily reports

- Coordinate with spare parts and warranty departments

- Train and guide new technicians and staff

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor/Supervisor

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs

- Good leadership and communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
