Job Summary:
The Service Supervisor will oversee daily service operations at the two-wheeler service center, ensuring high-quality customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards. This role involves supervising technicians, managing customer queries, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining overall service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations.
Allocate jobs to service technicians and monitor progress.
Ensure quality of repair and maintenance work as per company standards.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections and road tests of serviced vehicles.
Maintain service records, job cards, and workshop reports.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines.
Train, guide, and motivate the service team for better performance.
Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the parts department.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
