Service Supervisors / Field Technicians

who will play a vital role in

installation, maintenance, and technical support

for our products across customer sites in India.

This is a field-based role that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair

Tayal & Co. products

at customer locations. Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve

warranty complaints

(open/live/closed). Provide

on-site technical support and training

to customers. Coordinate with

internal technical and service teams

for escalations and quick resolutions. Maintain accurate

records of service activities, visits, and complaint status

. Ensure compliance with

safety standards and company service protocols

. Build strong and lasting

customer relationships

, especially with Indian Railways and key stakeholders. Share

field feedback and insights

with internal teams to improve product performance.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of

mechanical or electrical systems

. Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Willingness to

travel extensively

within the assigned region and across India. Strong communication skills with a

customer-first mindset

. Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior experience in

manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry

preferred. Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
