Chhal Khaima Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated service staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
Take and process customer orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and politely.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Assist with training new staff members as needed.
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high-energy environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
