As a Cafe Service Staff member, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience, and supporting daily cafe operations. You will work closely with other team members to create a welcoming environment and contribute to the smooth running of the cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide information about menu items, and ensure an overall positive dining experience.
Order Preparation:
Accurately prepare and serve food and beverages according to cafe standards, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Cash Handling:
Operate the cash register, handle cash and card transactions, and provide accurate change.
Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stock Management:
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or issues.
Qualifications:
Qualification & Experience: Any Degree,
Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude:
Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Flexibility:
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
