Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu recommendations
Take orders and punch them accurately into the POS system
Serve food & beverages to the tables with proper presentation
Maintain table hygiene -- clearing & resetting tables
Ensure water service, cutlery placement, and table setup at all times
Coordinate between kitchen and service counter for smooth order flow
Handle customer queries and provide product information confidently
Maintain cleanliness in the customer area and follow cafe hygiene SOPs
Support barista/kitchen team when required (during rush hours)
Assist with packaging of takeaway & online orders
