We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Staff to join our team at Brewdog Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience while promoting our craft beers and food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with menus and information about our offerings.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to tables.

- Provide recommendations and answer questions about our beers, food menu, and specials.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the service area.

- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely order fulfillment.

- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

- Uphold Brew dog's standards of service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new menu items and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.

- Knowledge of craft beers and food pairings is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
