Job Summary

The Service Staff is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a pleasant dining or service experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations in accordance with hotel standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with seating, menu selections, and special requests. Provide prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Food & Beverage Operations

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards. Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are properly set and maintained. Clear tables and manage table turnover efficiently.

Operational Support

Assist with restaurant setup and closing duties. Refill water, replenish condiments, and reset tables. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations. Attend team briefings and training sessions as required. Support other hotel departments when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma in hospitality or equivalent. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
