Job Description

Greet customers politely and ensure a warm, friendly service experience Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve ice cream, desserts, and beverages as per Donzel standards Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions responsibly Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, dining area, and wash area Follow hygiene, food safety, and brand guidelines at all times Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet Refill display freezers, toppings, and packaging materials when required Address basic customer queries and escalate issues to the supervisor if needed Work as a team and support smooth day-to-day outlet operations
Requirements:

Basic communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati) Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Honest, punctual, and customer-focused attitude Freshers are welcome
