Deliver food from the kitchen to the service staff in a timely manner.
Ensure that food is delivered at the correct temperature and with all necessary accompaniments.
Assist with running drinks and clearing plates, if required.
Refill and restock service stations with plates, cutlery, and glassware.
Ensure that servers have everything they need to serve guests efficiently, such as additional napkins or condiments.
Quickly respond to requests from the service team for additional supplies.
Keep service and preparation areas clean and organized.
Clear used dishes and trays from the dining area back to the kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as service stations and buffet lines.
Assist with setting up tables, buffets, and service stations before shifts.
Help break down and clean up after service, ensuring areas are prepared for the next shift or event.
Refill water pitchers and place them at service stations or tables as needed.
Organize and deliver clean dishes and kitchen equipment back to the kitchen or service area.
Stock kitchen supplies like napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials for ongoing service.
Assist in basic food preparation, such as portioning or plating, under the direction of the kitchen staff.
Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods, to ensure food and supplies are delivered promptly.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure the seamless execution of orders.
