Customer Service
Greet customers warmly as they enter the outlet. o Take food orders accurately and deliver items to tables. o Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times. o Assist customers in choosing menu items when needed. Service & Operations
Serve food and beverages promptly and neatly. o Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and presentable. o Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow. o Handle billing and cash counter (if assigned). Cleanliness & Hygiene
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. o Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, cutlery, and surroundings. o Report any issues in service or customer feedback to the supervisor. Teamwork
Support other staff members during busy hours. o Assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders. o Maintain professionalism and teamwork across all shifts. Qualifications
Female candidate preferred. o Previous experience in service, hospitality, or food outlets is an advantage. o Good communication skills (English/Malayalam). o Pleasant personality and customer-first mindset. o Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
