About you and this role
Using expanded conceptual and practical knowledge, has accountability for design, transition, and/or operations of infrastructure services. For design, responsible for the design of integrated, workable solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and address capability gaps. For transition, the responsible for the delivery and implementation of new services and service changes. For operations, responsible for a high-level of client satisfaction, run-the-business IT operations, SLAs, service operations, and operational service improvements. Responsible for maximizing adoption and value of services for the intended audience.
In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area. You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others.
It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performance impacts the quality of your own work and your team's work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.
Responsibilities

• Design, define, and document solutions to meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements while ensuring conformance to standards and complying with Enterprise Architecture strategies and direction.
• Provide consultations as SME for Integration technologies to exterior teams and business teams.
• Understand broader technical vision of the IT organization and align solutions accordingly.
• Lead the definition, design, and documentation of technical environments.
• Lead and implement continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to lead a small team, work independently, and as a team member.
• Ensure established SLA and KPI metrics are met.
• Assist with project shaping arrangements, along with workload planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Your skills

• Familiar with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations.
• Ability and strong desire to be a technical leader and SME.
• Basic understanding with common web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA).
• Knowledge of common authentication methods and certificates (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs).
• Be comfortable learning and managing new technologies.
• Aptitude to learn quickly.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
