Experience Required: 5 to 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
Visit project sites and engage with key stakeholders.
Present company products and propose tailored solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Identify business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in elevators, escalators, or construction-related industries.
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and presentations.
Ability to independently manage multiple clients and accounts.
Awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
