Where is the work: (Work location & Mode of work)

: This position has been designated as On-Site Based in Gurgaon location.

What will you do:



Act as the main contact for customer matters. Manage accounts and create growth plans. Identify customer needs and collaborate with the Technical Support Team. Develop sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints with internal teams. Organize service reviews and customer events. Prepare and present contract proposals. Provide feedback on market trends and customer expectations.

What you will bring:



Bachelor's degree in engineering.

At least 5+ years of relevant sales experience.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, Energy Services, and Building Services (preferred).

Strong analytical skills to read and interpret engineering documents.

Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries and present information.

Problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.

Enjoy working collaboratively with others and meeting new people.

Willingness to learn new skills to better serve customers.
