Position: Back Office Executive (Service RM)- Insurance & Mutual Fund Operations

Location: Pune

Salary Range: ₹2 - ?2.5 LPA

Role and Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back-office operations for Insurance and Mutual Fund business.

Support Relationship Managers (RMs) with client servicing tasks.

Manage documentation, transaction processing, and client follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Maintain MIS reports and coordinate with AMC/Insurance partners.

Assist in account opening, KYC, SIP registrations, insurance renewals, etc.

Key Requirements:

Knowledge of Mutual Fund and Insurance back-office processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
