Job Title: Service Regional Delivery & Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

Schedule creation and updates for various regions (South, West, North, East) to ensure service delivery timelines are met for clients and service engineers.? Process purchase orders (PO) and requirements for fragrance oils and categories, including coordination with suppliers various.? Maintain and regularly update critical operational sheets to support accurate administrative records.? Upload contracts and manage all documents. Verify shipment details to internal and external stakeholders. Allocate and monitor store inventory sheets across categories and locations, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock availability.? Coordinate oil packing and dispatch for properties and service engineers across multiple zones, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery.? Communicate service schedules and updates to clients and internal teams, including travel advance requests and coordination with field staff.?

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations, scheduling, or inventory management in a B2B setting.? Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail for scheduling, inventory, and documentation processes.? Proficiency in spreadsheet management (Google Sheets) and cloud document sharing. Effective communication and stakeholder management across teams and external partners. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment. Exceptional focus on minute details

Location : Ghitorni, New Delhi

Timings: 6 days a week (9:30 am to 6 pm)

Experience : 6-8 years

Language : English & Hindi (excellent command)

Pay: ?42,500.00 - ?47,500.00 per month
