Role Overview
World of Titan is seeking a courteous and organized Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Bhubaneswar showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth customer experience by managing service appointments, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the service team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Provide updates to customers regarding service status.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Assist in basic administrative tasks and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
