Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist with their service-related queries
Maintain service records and support basic documentation
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Team
Provide clear information and assistance to customers

Requirements
Minimum qualification: HS/Graduate
Excellent communication skills
(Hindi/English/Local language)
Strong logical understanding and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Experience in automobile service or front-desk roles preferred
Customer-friendly, disciplined and well-presented
Female candidate preferred
