About the role:


Provide excellent service delivery and after-sales support to clients. You'll ensure SLAs are met, handle client requests, and escalate technical or operational issues to the right teams for resolution.

Key responsibilities:



Respond to client service requests and resolve issues within SLA. Coordinate with operations, technical teams and account managers. Document service interactions and maintain quality standards. Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month

Required qualifications & skills:



Graduate / MBA. Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving. Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred / nice-to-have:



Experience in after-sales support or client servicing.

Experience:

2-5 years in service delivery/support roles.

What success looks like:



High client satisfaction scores and timely resolution of tickets/requests.
