SERVICE PROFESSIONAL - FRONTEND SERVICES (F/M/D)
Responsibilities


System Operation Support and coordinate Workplace Systems (notebooks, tablets, desktops, printers and special scanners) and user activities, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Work closely with global and regional IT Service Desk teams to ensure high-quality support for end users. Collaborate on international Mobile Device and system initiatives, contributing to global mobility solutions. Participate in Client Access Management and Client Policy development to maintain secure and efficient access and operation. Provide backup support for the Global IT Infrastructure Services team, ensuring seamless operations across all IT infrastructure layers Projects Be part of international IT projects and lead specific (regional) sub-project Qualifications


Engineer resp. Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, information technology, computer science or equivalent skills acquired in practice as well as several years of experience in similar work. Proven experience in IT service desk coordination and user support. Strong knowledge of workplace systems, mobile devices, and client access management. Familiarity with IT infrastructure backend services is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
