Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Service Process Quality Auditor

to support and enhance our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service operations, process auditing, SOP management, and documentation control.

This hybrid role involves conducting internal audits, analyzing service workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal process audits based on ISO 9001:2015 standards and service quality requirements. Review and ensure compliance with SOPs, workflows, and operational guidelines. Maintain and update audit documentation, reports, checklists, and corrective action records. Identify process gaps and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with service teams to standardize procedures and enhance customer-facing processes. Prepare audit plans, findings, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Coordinate with clients for audit schedules, clarifications, and document submissions. Assist departments in closing nonconformities within defined timelines. Support external audits with required documents and evidence.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in internal audits, service quality, operations quality, or ISO-based audits. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (certification preferred). Experience in SOP creation, documentation control, and service process coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for both internal teams and client interactions. Ability to manage audits independently in a hybrid setup.

Preferred Skills

Experience in service quality manuals, workflow creation, or audit frameworks. Ability to train teams on SOPs and quality standards. Good proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
