The candidate will play the role of Senior Application Support Manager for Fraud Technology within GTSM organization and will be directly accountable and responsible for managing applications within Fraud Tech. In this leadership role the candidate will own both service level management as well as support for assigned services within their domain. They will lead a team of technical staff to manage and address technical issues and will be responsible for all aspects of support. This individual will act as the accountable owner for all aspects of their services and this includes influencing required matrix teams to deliver production stability. This is a hybrid technical/leadership role and the individual fulfilling this role will be able to both technically engage in issues but also present complex technical topics, influence, and guide non-technical senior audiences. This individual will be accountable to maintain control within their domain including productivity/SLA reporting to ensure most efficient and effective utilization of assigned staff.
What will you be doing?

  • Overall accountability for day to day operation, seamless and smooth functioning of all the applications, processes and business deliverables.
  • Escalation point for BAU project engagement for all critical activities.
  • Oversee fulfilment of partner's contractual obligations.
  • Manage, collaborate and communicate with multiple business stakeholders, CIOs, BU, partners/vendors to continuously improve advocacy and business value.
  • Proactive risk and issues identification. Mitigating controls, cost / benefit to allow the business to make informed risk and control management. Manage risk assessments.
  • Manage Financial, Cost allocations and drive efficiency through identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Escalation point of contact for Incident, Change and Problem management with overall accountability to adhere with Service level management standards

What we're looking for:
  • Degree in information system or computer science or any equivalent.
  • Certified or excellent knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making skills and analytical ability
  • Hands-on with managing large size teams, proven people management and stakeholder management skills.

Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Working knowledge of Project management tools
  • Technical skills specific to Enterprise wide banking / financial technology
  • ITIL Certified
  • Knowledge of AWS /Cloud Platform / Machine Learning
  • Domain knowledge - Fraud Prevention
