About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive

Service Operations Lead

to manage day-to-day field and delivery operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee pickup, delivery, and service workflows. Manage daily technician routes and shift schedules. Monitor operational KPIs -- turnaround time, order accuracy, and efficiency. Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Customer Experience and Sales teams for smooth execution.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and coordination skills. Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and Tamil. Field or service operations experience preferred.

Pay: ?254,119.33 - ?1,073,770.26 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
