Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily service operations including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor service requests, log entries into the system, and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate with service employees, customers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain accurate data entry, reports, and documentation in company software
Ensure compliance with company service policies, processes, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, service status updates, and customer feedback summaries.
Provide administrative and operational support to the service department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in related field.
1-3 years of experience in service operations, data handling, or computer operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and service management software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
