Exp - minimum 13 years

1. Able to diagnose and prioritize incidents, investigate their causes and enable / find resolutions. 2. Ensure e2e issue resolution of issues, timely resolution of incidents/ITSRs/emails, avoid escalation of incidents, proactively alert to get help / resolve incidents 3. Takes ownership of incidents, ensure that the technical solutions continue to meet business requirements. 4. Takes full accountability for actions taken and decisions made. 5. Be a strong collaborator and communicator, be responsive and continuously focus on improvements. 6. Stakeholder management especially for P1, P2 and escalated P3, P4 7. Be responsible / Publish RCA's for P1, P2 and P3 incidents 8. Address any stakeholder escalations and put in place measures to prevent recurrence 9. Ensure security compliance at all times 10. Knowledgeable in telco processes 11. Possess extensive production application support experience and preferably development experience. 12. ability to work in a matrix set up and drive teams to an outcome.
