:
1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application DeveloperServiceNow ITSM Devel-opment - E11. Requirement gathering, Analyze and provide solution design for functional require-ments.
2. Development - Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow platform including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, Notifications, UI Builder and etc.
3. Provide technical consultation to the customer / team members.
4. Identify & suggest best practices, enhancement opportunities, areas of improvement for the cus-tomer.
5. Automating use cases using inegration / Orchestration / local automation (using emails, sched-uled jobs, etc).
6. Working closely with customer & various internal teams to understand their functional require-ments & identify the scope of enhancement / automating the process using ServiceNow.
1.Strong experience as ServiceNow ITSM Developer.
2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development platform including Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI pages, ACLs and etc.
3. Service Catalog, Workflow and flow designer experience.
4. Strong experience in Integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
5. Expertise in Orchestration activities.
