Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

ServiceNow Developer

with strong

hands-on experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM)

to design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB

and automation integrations, ensuring operational excellence across IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and customize

ServiceNow ITOM applications

including

Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management

. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with

third-party monitoring, cloud, and orchestration tools

. Develop and maintain

CMDB architecture

, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Implement

automated workflows

for IT operations, incident resolution, and change management. Build and configure

MID Servers

, probes, and sensors for infrastructure discovery. Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth platform integration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM modules and integrations. Write

technical documentation

, solution designs, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with

ITIL best practices

and organizational governance. Participate in

upgrade planning

, testing, and deployment for ServiceNow releases.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least

3+ years in ITOM

. Strong expertise in:

Discovery

(horizontal and top-down)

Service Mapping

Event Management

CMDB configuration & maintenance

Orchestration & Workflow Automation

Solid experience with

JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly, Glide APIs

. Understanding of

ITIL processes

(Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration Management). Hands-on experience with:

MID Server configuration

Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) monitoring integrations Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

. ServiceNow

Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM

. Knowledge of

Discovery Patterns & Probes

customization. Experience with

ServiceNow Performance Analytics

. Exposure to

AIOps

and predictive analytics. Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in ServiceNow ITOM highly preferred.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
