Responsibilities:



3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development

Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)

Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD, CIS) a plus

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
