Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

with a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise workflows within the

Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector

. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, preferably in

GxP-regulated

environments. You will work closely with IT, Quality, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions meet the rigorous demands of pharma operations..

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized applications on the

ServiceNow platform

including workflows, UI actions, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data imports. Implement and manage

ITSM modules

such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB. Work on

ServiceNow modules

such as ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or CSM depending on business requirements. Develop and configure

ServiceNow Integrations

(REST, SOAP, MID Servers) with external systems. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Ensure adherence to coding standards, change management, and release processes. Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for quality assurance. Ensure the platform follows

best practices for security, performance, and scalability

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-10 years of ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
